Mexican Pasta Casserole recipe








What You'll Need



  • one (15.25 oz) can corn, drained
  • two c. uncooked spiral pasta
  • one (15.5 oz) jar salsa
  • one (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • one c. shredded Mexican cheese, divided



How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  3. Brown beef over medium heat in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain off grease. Stir in salsa, corn, soup and 1/2 c. of cheese. Heat mixture through. Stir in drained and cooked pasta to mixture.
  4. Transfer to greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
