Crock Pot Balsamic Roast .







What You'll Need



  • 4-5lb beef roast
  • 1 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 2 lbs baby red potatoes, quartered

How to Make It

  1. In a small bowl whisk together beef broth, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, salt, red pepper flakes and garlic.
  2. Place beef roast in crock pot. Top with carrots and potatoes. Pour liquid mixture over the beef, carrots and potatoes.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Cheesecake Pudding Craisin Cookies







What You'll Need



  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 ounce Cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Cheesecake flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 10 ounce Craisins


How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cream butter and sugars together.
  3. Add in dry cheesecake instant pudding mix and beat until well blended.
  4. Add eggs, cheesecake flavoring, and baking soda. Mix well. Can substitute vanilla flavoring.
  5. Add flour slowly until well combined.
  6. Stir craisins in to cookie dough.
  7. Drop spoonfuls on greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.
  9. Note: Don't prepare the pudding, simply add the dry mix to the cookie batter.
